Our client, a leader in Sinotruk & XCMG products Distributor is looking for a Professional KA Insurance Manager

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for market research, information collection, data analysis, and annual, quarterly and monthly plan according to the obtained information, and report the plan.
2. Decompose the set plan, and do post analysis, personnel inventory and resource allocation, to ensure the implementation of the plan and performance of people.
3. Implement the work tasks assigned by the company, formulate work standards and codes of conduct for the departments, and implement relevant standards to complete the tasks.
4. Establish friendly relations with relevant insurance companies, and actively communicate and sign long-term cooperation documents.
5. Do work assignment, train and guide department members to be familiar with the work, complete the task, and reach the target.
6. Collect, sort out and report the information of departments and members, and complete task assignment and counseling.
7. Solve the problems in the work of the department efficiently and timely, at the same time coordinate the relationship between departments to ensure the orderly progress of the work of department.
8. Complete the relevant sales tasks required, sum up the work flow and experience, and cultivate department members.
9. Guarantee the refund of commission from Insurance company.
10. Responsible for the production and compilation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports and reports of various sales indicators, and respond to leaders’ inquiries about sales dynamics at any time.
