Title: Social Development Specialist
Reports To: The Programme Coordinator
Qualification: The Sociologist shall have a Bachelors and a Master’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology or related Social Sciences and at least 10 years general experience and 7 years specific experience in development work. Consultancy experience in feasibility studies involving social and gender components, resettlement action plan development, social impact assessment and mitigation measures of infrastructure projects is a must have. Shall have proven integrity record. Knowledge of World Bank environmental and social safeguard policies and operations will be an added advantage.
