Job Summary: Ensure timely production planning while ensuring maximum usage of capacity and effective utilization of the resources

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Weigh gross weight of trucks before and after discharge respectively at the weigh bridge.
  • Issue weigh bridge ticket to each and every truck before and after discharge.
  • Record all vehicles that have passed through the weigh bridge.
  • Record weights and cargo type carried by every truck before and after discharge, completing appropriate documentation such as gate pass and collecting driver signatures for accounting purposes.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports as may be required by the supervisor.
  • Manage traffic control inside the factory in co- ordination with security
  • Immediate reporting of any non- conformity/ contamination
  • Check incoming lots, ensuring compliances with site licence
  • Ensure that the vehicle coming/ going out to factory have the correct paperwork
  • Compile compliance reports of the material in and out of the factory

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal applicant must hold a Degree in Any field
  • At least five years in a related field
  • Communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
