Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Primary Functions

• Responsible for the QA&QC of mechanical related works
Responsibilities
• Design, check and construct of large-scale equipment, petro Tank, Vessel, Tower, separator, Air compressor, Generator and Pump according to the requirements of the specification,
• Check all required certifications submitted: Verify equipment installation (including levelness, verticality, damping. position, etc) Check for alignment and correct orientation of all in-skid instruments and accessories.
Check all cabling and wiring correctly installed, neat and undamaged. Ensure terminal blocks are correctly installed.
• Participate in and approve Equipment Factory/Sit Acceptance Testing and prepare report related Monitor and confirm that all pending issued are well solved before shipping / after delivery
Check equipment and material received complies with COMPANY specification.
Check equipment and material received complies with COMPANY specification.
Check material physical conditions and verify compliance to approved standard. . Carry out inspection of pre-commissioning activities as per approved procedure.

Qualifications Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. MAJOR
• Mechanical or the related.
• Experience: At least 15 years of experience
• Knowledge: Good knowledge of HVAC, Mechanical, large scale equipment, petro Tank, Vessel, Tower, separator, Air compressor, Generator structure and Pump

• Capability
• Rich experience in equipment installation in the petrochemical industry, especially involving safety load, to be able to calculate.
• Design, check and construction of large-scale equipment, petro Tank, Vessel, Tower, separator, Air compressor, Generator and Pump. Prepare construction plan for large scale equipment and Can calculate equipment load report, technology report.
• Proficient in HVAC, electrical, and instrumentation professional knowledge. Familiar with QA&QC of mechanical for oil field site construction projects with similar working experience in international projects
• Fully conversant with relevant inspection techniques and able to select most appropriate technique . Good knowledge of international code, standard and regulation, such as ASME, API, etc.; Familiar with Quality Management System (ISO, etc);
• Able to verify and establish Quality Plan or Inspection Testing Plan, verify and approve Non-Conformities / Corrective action
