Job Title: IT Volunteer (No Experience Fresh Graduate Job Opportunities)

About US:
The Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA) is established under the PPDA Act No.1 of 2003 to develop standards and regulate procurement and disposal practices in respect of all Procuring and Disposing Entities which include Central Government Ministries and Departments, Local Governments, State Enterprises, Constitutional and Statutory Bodies and post primary training institutions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Users with timely IT Support
- Install and Setup of Software, Hardware and Peripheral Equipment
- Troubleshoot Hardware, OS and other IT Problems that may arise
- Backup and Restoration of User and Server Data
- Software Developers will have an added advantage (Open Source + PHP+LAMP Stack)
- Any other duties that might be assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Has just completed or graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or Information Technology from a recognized university.
- Completed at-least one internship satisfactorily during the course of study with references
Terms Of Engagement
- The IT Volunteer will be offered a contract and no monthly salary.
- Duration of engagement shall be a period of three months renewed once.
