Job Summary: Plan International Uganda is one of the Operating countries in the Middle East, East and Southern Africa Region and is introducing the Graduate Trainee Program that will be a Vigorous exercise to prepare and orient Ugandan graduates towards developing their skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed to make them effective employees, when they secure employment. The program will run for 11 months where successful candidates will undergo various types of training in Monitoring and Evaluation, Projects, Finance and Administration Departments.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing basic payments
- Conducting Bank reconciliations
- Assisting in Payroll Processing
- Assisting in Journal Processing
- Assisting in Statutory Reporting
- Supporting in conducting of Audits (internal and External)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics and Accounting
- Must have acquired at least a Second-Class upper degree from a recognized University or institution
- Should have Graduated between the years 2021 and 2022
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to pay attention to detail
