Kagando Rural Development Centre (KARUDEC) is a Church of Uganda Founded Private not-for-profit making Institution.
Job Summary: The Medical Director will be in charge of the overall planning, co-ordination, supervision, monitoring and evaluation of health services in the Hospital and deputises the Executive Director.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor of Surgery and Bachelor of Medicine or its equivalent from a recognised Institution
- Must have acquired a post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration or Health Services Management or any other management option.
- Masters’ Level in any health related Discipline Preferably a clinical specialty is an added advantage.
- Must be fully registered with the professional regulatory Body of the country of origin.
- Must have served for not less than 6 years of which 3 in a managerial position in a hospital setting.
- Must be a practicing Christian in possession of a baptism and confirmation certificates, recommendation from his or her church leader, and if married, attach a copy of your marriage certificate.
