About US:
COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED, and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), Infield Flow Lines, water Intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strictly implement various rules and regulations of the company.
- Be responsible for the final realization of management objectives such as project implementation progress, quality, cost, safety.
- Managing and leading the engineering design project team.
- Establishing and maintaining Engineering design Schedule, work plans, staffing requirement; (in conjunction with Planning Engineer);
- Coordinating directly and indirectly with engineering design project staff to ensure successful completion of the project
- Directing, supervising, supporting and coordinating the project team members/staff.
- Resolving cross-functional issues at engineering design project level.
- Monitoring engineering design project progress and performance
- Support the Material acquisition, tender evaluation, manufacturer clarification and FAT.
- Communicating intensively with Company, partner, subcontractors and vendors to establish cordial/effective working relationship.
- Be responsible for the improvement, inspection and handover of all technical documents and data during the project implementation.
- Master well engineering design of oil field facilities and oil field facilities and equipment.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in Oil & Gas Storage and Transportation Engineering.
- Should have experience in Auto CAD design.
- Must have similar project experience.
- At least ten years of petroleum engineering experience.
