JOB TITLE: MANAGER HR SHARED SERVICES

REPORTS TO: Chief Human Resources Officer

JOB PURPOSE

• The Manager HR Shared Services will be responsible for operationally and systematically supporting the activities within the PBU’s employee lifecycle.

• The duties will include employee related transactions, documenting processes, implementing new company policies and maintaining internal HR systems, identifying and recommending opportunities to improve processes for scale & automation.

• This role will also serve as the bank team’s subject matter expert on HR systems ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and successful delivery of HR related programs throughout the year.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences or any other relevant degree from a recognized University.

• Possession of a relevant Post Graduate Qualification in a relevant discipline such as Human Resource Management, Management, etc is an added advantage.

• Professional Certification in Human Resources Management or specialised training in Banking is an added advantage
